BUSINESS DAYS: Here at Asiza's Apothecary, I like to keep a perfect Work/Life Balance, therefore Mon-Wednesday are NOT Business Days. All Rituals Purchased on those Days will be will be Performed the Following weekend.
RITUAL WORK: All Rituals will be Perfomed within 7 - 10 business days of Purchase and emailed out within 3-5 Business Days from Completion. Please be sure to check your Spam Folders, as some times they may end up there. Rituals will NOT be done same day as Purchase, please keep this in mind when ordering from me. As I Have to do Rituals in Order of Ordered Recieved.
STATUE OF LIMITATIONS ON RITUAL WORK; All Ritual Work will be performed within 7 - 10 Business Days of purchase, and emailed to you with an Interpretation. If you do not give me the information needed for the Ritual, I will give you 30 Days to give me this information. I will also reach out to you multiple times via email. If you do not answer within 30 days, no refund will be issued on your order and I will close out your order, and you will have to REPURCHASE for your ritual to be completed. Please Provide a Valid Email at checkout, if you do not provide a Valid Email I Have no way to contact you at all.
REFUND POLICY: Here at Asiza's Apothecary, everything I make and do is made from Scratch start to finish, or is Energy Work. This takes time and my energy, therefore all Items are nonrefundable, including ALL RITUALS. Some may be open to exchange upon discussion between Buyer and Shop Owner. Refunds will ONLY be issued once discussed between the Buyer and Shop Owner for special circumstances.
SHIPPING POLICY; All Physical Product Items that need to be shipped will be shipped withing 7 - 10 Business Days unless stated otherwise in Individual Product Posts. All Items will be Shipped Via USPS and will come with a Tracking Number that will be sent to you via email as soon as it is checked in to a Local Post Office. All Items will be wrapped and protected with Bubble Wrap to ensure Safe Shipping.
